How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile → Edit → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately — you'll see an on-screen confirmation once it's done.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Planning Pocket, and make changes there.

My calendar / reminders / photos aren't syncing — what do I do?

Check that Planning Pocket has the relevant permissions enabled in Settings → Planning Pocket on your device (Calendars, Reminders, Photos, Camera, Location, Microphone — depending on the feature). If something still looks off, email us with details and we'll help you sort it out.
